Babcock University's Department of Information Resources Management (IRM) and the Department of Finance combined to host a seminar as they celebrate their week. The seminar with the theme ' Managing Financial Data As A Strategic Organizational Resource: The Role Of Data Management Systems In Modern Organizations' was co-hosted by the Association of Information Resources Management Students (AIRMAS) & Finance Students Association (FINSA) in collaboration with the Association of Applied Information Management Professionals (AIMP). BU's Vice President, Financial Administration, Prof Ilesanmi Akande and the President of AIMP, Dr Omotola Deji were the keynote speakers at the event. The highlights of the event were the induction of AIRMAS students into AIMP and presentation of awards to the speakers.
